Lead with Confidence Coaching ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. The Lead with Confidence app collects and stores the following information locally on your device:

Your name and email address (entered during onboarding)
Your leadership quiz responses and profile type
Daily emotion check-ins and mood tracking
Wins, gratitude entries, and journal reflections
Circle of Life assessment scores
U.S.O.F.T goal entries
App usage dates and progress tracking
Saved items and preferences

This data is stored using your device's local storage and is not transmitted to any external server. We collect this information for the primary purpose of personalising your in-app coaching experience.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, criminal record, or membership of a professional body.

Where the app collects information related to your wellbeing or personal development (such as emotion check-ins or Circle of Life scores), this information will be used only:

For the primary purpose for which it was obtained
For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose
With your consent; or where required or authorised by law.

Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or share your Personal Information with third parties. All data collected through the Lead with Confidence app remains on your device at all times and is not transmitted to external servers. Where you subscribe via Apple App Store or Google Play, payment and account information is handled directly by those platforms — please refer to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies for details.

Disclosure of Personal Information

Your Personal Information may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

Third parties where you consent to the use or disclosure; and
Where required or authorised by law.

Security of Personal Information

Your Personal Information is stored locally on your device in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

You can delete all data at any time by using the "Reset" option within the app settings, or by uninstalling the app from your device. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all locally stored data.

Access to your Personal Information

Since all Personal Information is stored locally on your device, you have full and direct access to your data within the app at all times. You may view, update, or delete your information through the app's Profile and Settings screens.

If you have any questions about your Personal Information, please contact us in writing at the address below. Lead with Confidence Coaching will not charge any fee for access requests.

Children's Privacy

Lead with Confidence is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. You can update your name, email, and profile information directly within the app at any time. If you have any concerns about the accuracy of your information, please contact us so we can assist you.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
